Cancellations
As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Friday 28 October 2016. Substitutions must be received in writing by Friday 4 November 2016. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
Privacy
All delegate names and organisations will appear on the 2016 Managing Extreme Events Delegate List. You have the option of excluding your name from the delegate list when registering for the event and information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Institute reserves the right to change details without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
