As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Thursday 28 February 2019. Substitutions must be received in writing by Tuesday 5 March 2019. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
