As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Tuesday 9 April 2019. Substitutions must be received in writing by Monday 15 April 2019. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
