DRESS CODE
The suggested Summit dress code is smart casual or business dress.
CPD POINTS
Members of the Actuaries Institute will receive 52 CPD points for a full registration. Members of other associations may contact the events team events@actuaries.asn.au to obtain a proof of attendance communication to receive CPD points from their association.
SUMMIT2019 APP
The events of the Actuaries Institute are transitioning to paperless conferences. The Summit app will be available for download prior to the Summit. It will include the program, speakers, synopses, papers and information about the conference. If you do not wish to use the Summit app, please contact sarah.gibson@actuaries.asn.au and we will arrange to have print outs available for you at the registration desk. The mini program distributed inside the nametags will still be available.
SUMMIT2019 NEWSLETTER
In the weeks leading up to the 2019 Summit, a pre-event newsletter will be sent to attendees encouraging reading of the Summit papers and notifying attendees of the happenings of the Summit. We encourage authors to submit their papers by the due date to be included in the newsletter.
SUMMIT2019 CHAIRS
If you would like to chair a session at the 2019 Actuaries Summit, please contact sarah.gibson@actuaries.asn.au and advise your practice area of interest.
PAPERS AND PRESENTATIONS
We encourage authors to submit their papers one month prior to the Summit. As soon as the events team receive the papers they are loaded here to the Summit website. Presentations will be available on the Summit website by Friday 7 June 2019.
