Cancellations
As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Friday 12 April 2014. Substitutions must be received in writing by Friday 19 April 2014. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
