Meet in the Sofitel foyer at 6.30pm for a 6.40pm bus departure. There will be a bus returning to the Sofitel every 30 minutes from 9.30pm.

If you would like to continue on after the Gala Dinner, Cuvvee Bar & Lounge on the first level of the hotel will be open.

The Sofitel Brisbane Central is booked to capacity on the evening of Monday 13 November. There are still rooms available on other nights, however the delegate rate is no longer available.

Cancellations

As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Wednesday 25 October 2017. Substitutions must be received in writing by Friday 10 November 2017. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
