As a professional, you spend a lot of time helping companies and clients minimise and manage their risks – but what about the risks to your reputation?
To help minimise the possibility of reputational damage – whether from negligence claims or disciplinary action – to you, your employer or your business, the Actuaries Institute has developed a Practice Risk Management eLearning Course.
Using a variety of delivery methods, the course embraces a range of interactive learning techniques to cater for multiple learning styles and includes a number of real-life case studies.
Who should enrol?
The Practice Risk Management Course is relevant to Actuaries and Risk Professionals. Whatever stage you are at in your career, this course will benefit you through its ‘Learn it’ and ‘Apply it’ pathways.
Whether you work for an employer, a consulting firm or are self-employed, you’ll be equipped with tools and techniques that you can implement to help you safeguard your professional reputation.
The course is a self-paced study program – you can complete all seven units in one go (about three hours) or parts of units at your leisure. A detailed course outline is available.
Once you enrol, you will have six months to complete the course and at the end, you’ll be able to download a set of course notes and other materials for future reference.
